GETTING STARTED

VPNZN Setup Guide

Follow the page in order, from account setup and plan selection to connecting with a client. Get your subscription and find both clients and servers through the account dashboard.

Button names and menu locations vary by operating system and client version. These instructions focus on what to do: find the subscription import option, then choose a server. If your interface differs, follow the latest instructions in the account dashboard’s downloads section.

ACCOUNT

Create an account

First, open the account creation page in the VPNZN dashboard. Follow the prompts to choose a username and password, then confirm to enter the dashboard. You don’t need an email address to create an account. This step sets up your login; it doesn’t connect a client. You’ll return to the same dashboard to get your subscription, compare plans, and manage orders, so save your username and password in a password manager you trust.

If your chosen username is unavailable, try another easy-to-recognize name. Don’t reuse a password from another site. After creating your account, make sure you can open the account overview before moving on. Don’t copy subscription details to another device until you’ve confirmed you can sign in. If you change devices later, you can use the same account to retrieve your subscription from the dashboard; there’s no need to create a separate account for each device.

If you already have an account, use the “Log In” link in the navigation instead of creating another one. If you’ve forgotten your login details, follow the account recovery steps provided in the dashboard. For account issues, visit the Help Center. Next, choose a billing option. You can install a client and select a server after placing your order, which keeps the process straightforward.

PLAN

Choose a plan and place your order

Open the plans section in your account dashboard and decide whether a monthly subscription or a data plan better fits your needs. Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Data plans are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they last until used and never expire. If you use the service occasionally and don’t want your data allowance to reset monthly, compare the data plans. For regular use, compare monthly subscriptions based on your expected data usage.

Select a plan in the dashboard, check its name, price, and order details, then complete payment on the checkout page. VPNZN accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Use the payment options shown in the dashboard. After paying, return to the account overview and confirm that your subscription status has updated before retrieving your subscription. If the status hasn’t changed yet, refresh the dashboard and check your order history to avoid placing the order twice.

All plans support unlimited devices and include a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you upgrade a monthly subscription partway through its term, the price difference is converted into remaining days. If you’re comparing data allowances, read the billing details on the plans page before confirming your choice in the dashboard. You don’t need to decide on a country or client yet: choose a plan based on your usage and billing preferences, then select a server after importing your subscription.

SUBSCRIPTION

Get your subscription details

After placing your order, open the account overview and check your current plan and subscription status. Then go to the downloads section of the dashboard, select the platform you’ll use, and follow the instructions to get the client and subscription details. Your client uses the subscription to load server configurations. Copying it won’t connect you automatically; you’ll also need to import it into the client.

If the downloads section offers one-click import, make sure the right client is already installed on your device, then continue from there. To copy the subscription link manually, use the copy control on the page to get the full link, then paste it into the client. Don’t remove any characters from the end of the link or try opening it as a regular web address in your browser. What the browser displays doesn’t tell you whether the client can read the server configurations correctly.

Your subscription details act as account access credentials. Don’t post them in public forums, share them in screenshots, or paste them into unfamiliar online diagnostic tools. To use another device, sign in to your dashboard and retrieve the details again, then import them into the client for that platform. If the dashboard doesn’t show the expected subscription details, check your account overview and order status first. If you still have questions, see the Help Center for guidance. There’s no need to keep copying details you haven’t confirmed are ready to use.

CLIENT

Import a client on each platform

First, select the operating system you use in the account dashboard’s downloads section and get the client using the provided instructions. The client and subscription do different jobs: the client connects, while the subscription provides the available servers. In the client, look for an option such as “Import Subscription” or “Add Configuration,” then use the import method shown in the dashboard. Once imported, you should see a server or group list, not just a link displayed as text.

DESKTOP / WINDOWS

Windows

Select Windows in the dashboard’s downloads section, get the compatible desktop client, and install it. Open the client’s configuration or subscription manager, choose the option to import from a link or clipboard, and add the subscription provided by the dashboard. If you don’t see any servers after importing, check whether you need to select “Update” or “Refresh Subscription.” Then make sure the selected configuration is the one you just imported.

DESKTOP / MACOS

macOS

Switch to macOS in the dashboard’s downloads section and get the client using the option for that platform. After launching it, check the app window and menu bar for subscription management; the location varies between interfaces. Import the subscription and confirm that the server list appears. Then check whether the client needs system network permissions. If macOS displays an authorization prompt, read it carefully and follow the instructions.

MOBILE / ANDROID

Android

On your Android device, sign in to the dashboard and open the downloads section for the corresponding platform. Install and open the client, then go to the configuration or subscription page and import the details using the method provided by the dashboard. If you copied the link on another device, don’t route it through a public page. It’s safer to sign in to your own dashboard on this device and retrieve it there. After importing, return to the client’s home screen to view the available servers.

MOBILE / IOS

iOS

Select iOS in the dashboard’s downloads section and follow the instructions to open the App Store listing for a compatible client. After installing it, return to the dashboard to get your subscription, then use the client’s add-subscription or import-configuration option. The first time you connect, iOS may ask you to approve network configuration permissions. Confirm, then return to the client to check the server list and connection status. If the import option has a different name, follow the current instructions for iOS in the dashboard.

Linux is also supported. Find instructions for getting a compatible client in the dashboard’s downloads section. On any operating system, the key signs that import is complete are that the client displays servers from your subscription and can update that subscription later. If an import fails, check that you copied the full details and selected the right platform and import method. Then visit Connection and Troubleshooting Help. Don’t submit your subscription details to external troubleshooting sites.

CONNECT

Choose a server and connect

Once the server list appears, choose a region based on what you want to access, then use the client’s connect control. VPNZN covers 100+ countries with 240+ routes. See the global server locations page for popular regions and route types. If you need to access content in a particular region, start with a server there. To simply verify your setup, choose any available server in the list; there’s no need to switch between multiple regions right away.

The client may distinguish between IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes, and direct connections. These are different routing methods, not settings you need to turn on one by one. If you’re new to the service, start by connecting normally, then adjust your route based on the service you want to use and your experience. Check that the client shows “Connected” or an equivalent status. If the system is waiting for permission, follow its prompt and check the status again. Selecting a server name alone doesn’t mean your device’s traffic is using that route.

If the connection drops soon after you start it, first check that your device can access the internet normally. Then confirm that your subscription is up to date and the selected server is still listed. Don’t run multiple clients that manage the same connection at once; it can be hard to tell which one is controlling your network. For a more detailed troubleshooting sequence, visit the Help Center. For an overview of route types and how to choose between them, see the Route Selection Guide. Neither is required to complete the setup here.

VERIFY

Verify your connection

Once the client shows you’re connected, open the site’s IP check page to see your current public IP address and its location. Compare the detected region with the server you selected. If they match, your browser is using the selected route. Next, open the website or app you want to use and check that it loads as expected. Checking both the client status and the page result makes it easier to tell where a problem may be than relying on the connect button alone.

If the check page still shows your original region, return to the client and make sure the connection is still active and the expected server is selected. After switching servers, refresh the check page instead of relying on results from before the switch. Browser extensions and an app’s own network settings can also affect individual apps. If the check page and target app show different results, note what each one shows, then work through the connection and troubleshooting categories in the Help Center.

Your account, plan, subscription, client, and connection are now set up in one complete workflow. To switch regions later, choose another suitable server in the client and verify the connection again. To switch devices, retrieve your subscription from the dashboard and repeat the import steps for the new platform. Keep your subscription and account details safe, and check your plan and usage in the account overview. To compare route types, billing options, and use cases, continue with the Route Selection Guide; there’s no need to repeat the setup steps on this page.
