If a user submits a support ticket, its contents and correspondence are used to address the issue described. Do not include passwords, complete payment credentials, or subscription links in a ticket. Account and order information is used only to provide services related to the purposes above. If help verifying an order is needed, submit a ticket through the user panel after signing in.
Connection Logs and Website Analytics
VPNZN does not record which websites users access through its routes and does not retain connection logs that could be used to reconstruct specific browsing activity. Route operations and plan usage calculations are separate matters: the system may process the data usage associated with an account to show remaining entitlements, but it does not use this information to create a browsing history.
When you visit the VPNZN website, the server and analytics tools may process request times, pages visited on this website, browser types, and necessary network information to serve pages, troubleshoot issues, and understand how pages are used. This website analytics data relates to pages on this site; it is not a record of browsing after a user connects through an international route. Please distinguish visits to this website from network activity on subscription routes.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to maintain sign-in sessions, save language preferences, and support basic page functions. Clearing this data may require users to sign in again or select a language. Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates
Account data, order records, and support ticket records are retained for as long as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Once those purposes end, the data is deleted or processed so it is no longer associated with an account, as applicable. This policy does not set a single fixed retention period for all data categories. VPNZN does not retain the connection logs described above that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity, so there is no subsequent retention period for such logs.
Users can sign in to the panel and submit a support ticket to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related information. Some order information may still be needed to handle refunds or disputes or meet applicable obligations; deletion may therefore need to wait until those matters are resolved. The outcome will be explained through the support ticket. If you cannot sign in, follow the account instructions in the Help Center to restore access before submitting a request.
